Refund policy
We want to ensure your experience with us is top-notch. With that being said, we need to protect ourselves from misuse and abuse of our return policy.
Our return policy is as listed below:
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are allowed for parts, accessories and clothing in the first 30 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds on bicycles is not allowed. Once the bike has been delivered, the transaction is final. Any cancelled orders before delivery will be subject to fees. Fees will be determined at the time of return.
- The product must be new (unused and uninstalled), in an unopened and resell-able condition.
Charges and Fees:
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless the product is hand delivered in-store.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original card used on the purchase unless store credit is preferred.
- Sale items are eligible for return with the same 15% restocking fee. Items tagged as "Closeout" or "Open Box" are not eligible, all sales are final.
