Shipping policy

These policies are subject to change and will be changed constantly in the coming months. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these policies.

Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

Eligible Shipping Locations:

  1. Shipping is offered to any of the states within the continental United States.
  2. Alaska and Hawaii are eligible, but will incur higher shipping costs. Free Shipping is not offered to these addresses unless the order meets a subtotal of $1,000.
  3. Not all Bikes are subject to free shipping. They follow a tiered list as such:  
    Bikes up to $1,000 ship for $150
    Bikes up to $2,000 ship for $75
    Bikes $2,000 and up ship for free

Shipping Times

  1. Items in stock in our Snoqualmie location usually ship within 1-2 business days. Time in transit is not included in this time estimate and is subject to change based on carrier and other external factors.
  2. Items in stock in our warehouse will ship between 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. Faster times are possible, but please expect a small delay as these items are not held in our Snoqualmie location and must be ordered to the store.

Shipping Carriers

  1. Shipping via UPS is offered using their Ground or Air services, depending on the customers selection. Please reference the Shipping Times section to understand when items will leave our facilities.
  2. Shipping via USPS is offered for customers choice, but can be used at our discretion as our "free shipping" service.
  3. We can also ship orders via OnTrac to provide faster service for our customers, but we do not offer it as a customer-selectable option at this time.
